Ingredients
1 cup coconut cream (or heavy cream)
1 tbsp cacao powder
1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
1 scoop Honest Mushrooms
¼ cup dark chocolate (melted)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut cream, cacao powder, honey, mushroom powder, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
Melt the dark chocolate and stir it into the mixture.
Once everything is blended, whisk the mixture vigorously to add some air and make it light and fluffy.
Refrigerate the mousse for about 1 hour to let it set.
Serve chilled, topped with your favourite fruit or a sprinkle of cacao nibs!
