150mg L-theanine, Montmorency cherry, lemon balm, passionflower, chamomile, lavender and chaga, with vitamin B6 and zinc. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function.
200mg magnesium (from oxide and citrate), reishi, lion's mane, hawthorn, saffron and hops. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
