How to take it

  • V80 contains ginkgo and vitamin K. If you take blood-thinning medication, speak to your doctor or pharmacist first.
  • Each electrolyte stick contains 500mg of sodium (1.25g salt). If you're on a low-sodium diet or blood-pressure medication, check with your doctor before using it regularly.
  • V80 contains caffeine - 11mg per serving, from guarana.
