200mg magnesium (from oxide and citrate), reishi, lion's mane, hawthorn, saffron and hops. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function.
