  • Our standard shipping is one to two business days.
    Please always refer to your tracking link in your Shipment Confirmation email.
    In some cases, deliveries may take longer. This could be due to safety precautions in our fulfilment centre, or delays in transportation.

  • Don't worry, if your order can't fit through the letterbox or requires a signature and you're not at home.

    When your order is shipped you will receive a despatch email from us. Within that email is the option to create a carrier account which will allow you to provide delivery / leave safe instructions to the courier.

  • We take pride in our products so we’re sorry to hear you’ve received a damaged product. Don't worry though, we can help.
    Please message us via your account, or by contacting our customer service team within 48hrs of receipt of your order so that we can investigate this issue for you. Please keep the product. We may ask for photos of the damage to ensure it doesn't happen again.

    To be eligible the product must be in an unused and re-sellable condition. Returns are free.
    To register you return, click the Create a Return link at the bottom of the page.
    Choose a carrier on the portal to post your return and we'll do the rest.
    Once received, we'll refund the value of the returned goods to you.
    You'll also get an email notification.
    This can take three to five working days from the date we receive the return.

    The wheatgrass and barley grass used in our blends are derived from the grasses of each plant (rather than the grain) making them naturally gluten-free.

  • As Transparent Greens V80 has been designed to give you all your daily nutritional needs in a single scoop, you should only take one serving per day to get the maximum benefit.

  • Each 300g pouch contains 30 servings. A single serving is 1 level scoop (10gm) mixed into 300ml of water.

  • Sure! The only thing we advise against is mixing your Transparent Greens V80 with hot or highly acidic liquids, as this could affect the integrity and efficacy of some of the ingredients.

  • Transparent Greens V80 contains live probiotics, digestive enzymes and vitamins which are heat / light sensitive to various degrees. Excessive heat can  denature them and cause a loss of their activity. We recommend that you store Transparent Greens V80 in a cool dry area away from direct sunlight. 

    Please be aware of the relative positioning of Kettles / Microwaves / Toasters as they can generate heat, and/or moisture which can be retained in cupboards placed above these pieces of kitchen equipment.

    If the ambient temperature exceeds 30°C then we do recommend that Transparent Greens V80 is refrigerated after opening. 

    This helps preserve the integrity and efficacy of the ingredients.

    While unopened, the hermetic seal of the packaging prevents the need for refrigeration until you're ready to open.

  • Great question! To care for your V80 tin and scoop, we recommend hand-washing only.

  • To clean your V80 shaker, we recommend placing the bottle in your dishwasher and hand-washing the lid. The bottle can become slippery when wet so please do take care when handling.

  • Our pouches and transit packaging are 100% recyclable; We try to ensure that as much of our other products are also recyclable. For instance using Glass or Tin instead of Plastic.
