All UK mainland orders are sent with Amazon Shipping UK on a tracked delivery service and will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. * Post code restrictions apply. Non-UK mainland destinations may be sent via an alternative tracked service
Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following business day.
Please note all orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays will be processed on the following business day.

All international orders are sent with FedEx on a Tracked Delivery service - 15 Euros.

Due to border control restrictions we are currently unable to ship to Spain. We are working hard with our carrier partners and their contacts at Spanish Customs to see how we can resolve this issue.
Once resolved we will re-enable shipping to Spain. Thank you for your patience.

Unfortunately we do not currently ship to the following countries, although we are working quickly on this for you.

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to start a return.

We accept returns for all orders, to be eligible for a full refund you must meet the following criteria:-
- All products must be in pristine condition:-
- Food products must be unopened, unused with any seals still intact.
- Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and in the same condition you received it, with no marks.
- Other non-clothing products must also be unopened, unused, undamaged and in the same condition you received it, with no marks.
All items are inspected upon receipt by our quality assurance team, if the above criteria is not met we are unable to issue a refund and items will be returned to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
If you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team through our contact page who will resolve this for you on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
