Make this before bed and it is ready in the fridge in the morning. The chia seeds soak up the milk and set into a soft pudding.
Serves 1. Prep 5 minutes, plus overnight in the fridge (at least 8 hours).
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds (about 30g)
- 150ml milk of your choice, or water
- 2 heaped scoops (15g) Naked Beauty Collagen
- 1 tsp honey
- A pinch of ground cinnamon
- Fruit to top (optional)
Method
- Put the chia seeds in a jar or bowl.
- Add the milk or water, Naked Beauty, honey and cinnamon.
- Stir or shake well, wait 5 minutes, then stir again so the seeds do not clump.
- Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
- Top with fruit, or eat as it is.
Tips and swaps
- For a thinner pudding, add another 50ml milk.
- Use maple syrup instead of honey if you prefer.
