Updated November 2026. Label facts checked on 5 November 2026 on each brand's own UK website. Verve makes one of the products below (Quercetin + Fisetin 1000mg Capsules), so read the table before you read our view.

Nine UK brands sell quercetin, fisetin or both as capsules or tablets, and their labels differ in four ways that matter more than the front of the pack: which compound and how much (quercetin from 250mg to 1,000mg a serving, fisetin from 100mg to 800mg a day), whether a quercetin figure is the weight of quercetin dihydrate or the quercetin it provides, whether a purity figure and a certificate of analysis are given, and what else is in the capsule. Three of the twelve products state a purity percentage. Three link a certificate on the page, one supplies it on request, the rest say "third-party tested" or nothing. Quercetin is a flavonol, a type of plant flavonoid, found in onions, apples and capers and usually sold as quercetin dihydrate; fisetin is a flavonol from the smoke tree, Cotinus coggygria, also found in strawberries. That is the chemistry, and this article makes no claim beyond it. Here are the twelve UK quercetin and fisetin products that come up most often, compared on their labels.

The short answer

  • Quercetin and fisetin in one capsule, both figures stated: Verve Quercetin + Fisetin 1000mg Capsules, 500mg quercetin (quercetin dihydrate equivalent to 500mg of quercetin) and 500mg fisetin from smoke tree extract, one capsule a day, 30 capsules. Every batch tested; the certificate, with the purity figure, on request. The only page here that says its quercetin figure is "equivalent to" quercetin.
  • Highest quercetin per serving: Vitabright Quercetin Capsules, 1,000mg per two capsules, quercetin dihydrate from Sophora japonica flower extract at 98%, 180 capsules (90 servings).
  • Highest fisetin: Verve, 500mg in one capsule. DoNotAge Pure Fisetin has the highest stated daily serving, 800mg, from 400mg capsules.
  • Certificate of analysis linked on the page: Longevity Box Ultra-Fisetin (test result 99%, dated 27 April 2024) and both Naturecan products (issued by Power Health).
  • Purity figure stated: Vitabright (98%), Time Health Fisetin (98%) and Longevity Box (99%). No other page gives a number.
  • One compound and a shell, nothing else: Charava Quercetin and Charava Fisetin (hypromellose), Vitabright and Longevity Box (HPMC). Time Health adds organic brown rice flour; NMN Bio adds vitamin C, citrus bioflavonoids and two excipients.
  • Tablet rather than capsule, one a day, two months in a pot: Lamberts Quercetin 500mg, 60 tablets, with a storage line on the page.

Best quercetin supplement UK: the comparison table

Every column is a label fact taken from the product page. The compound is marked in the "per serving" column, because the table holds quercetin products, fisetin products and one that is both. "Not stated" means the page does not give it. Prices are left out on purpose; the reason is in "How we checked".

What the twelve labels say

Six products are quercetin, five are fisetin and Verve's is both. Quercetin per serving runs from 250mg (NMN Bio) to 1,000mg (Vitabright); fisetin per capsule from 100mg (Naturecan, Time Health, Longevity Box) to 500mg (Verve), with DoNotAge labelling 800mg a day from 400mg capsules. Only Verve's page says its quercetin figure is the quercetin equivalent of the dihydrate. Three pages give a purity figure. Three link a certificate of analysis (Longevity Box, Naturecan twice), Verve supplies one on request, Charava, Vitabright, DoNotAge and NMN Bio say tested with no certificate, and Lamberts says nothing about testing. Four capsules list only a shell, Time Health adds rice flour, NMN Bio adds vitamin C and two excipients, Lamberts is a tablet with eight, and five pages (Verve, Naturecan twice, DoNotAge twice) do not list what else is in the capsule. Three products carry a storage line; nine do not.

The products in detail

Verve Quercetin + Fisetin 1000mg Capsules

Verve Quercetin + Fisetin is the product we make, and the only one here with both compounds. One capsule holds 500mg of fisetin from smoke tree extract and quercetin dihydrate equivalent to 500mg of quercetin; that split is in the page text, while the ingredients table on the page shows one line, "Quercetin + Fisetin Complex, 1000mg". One capsule a day, 30 capsules, 30 servings. Every batch is tested for purity, and the certificate of analysis, with the purity figure, is available on request from hello@vavaverve.com. The gaps: the purity figure is on the certificate rather than the page (three competitors print one), the shell is not named (six capsule pages name theirs), no storage line, and the certificate is on request rather than linked. £28.99 one-off (97p a capsule), £26.09 a month on subscription (87p) or £70 a quarter for three packs (78p). Also in the Core Renewal Stack. Who it suits: anyone who wants quercetin and fisetin at 500mg each in one capsule, with a certificate they can ask for.

Charava Quercetin 500mg

Two 250mg capsules make the 500mg serving, taken in the morning. The quercetin is from Sophora japonica; whether it is the dihydrate is not stated. The capsule is hypromellose and the page says filler-free, with no artificial colours, flavours, preservatives, gluten, soy or GMOs. Packs are sold as 30, 60 and 90 days, not by capsule count. A "Third-Party Tested for Purity" badge sits on the page with no figure, lab or certificate behind it. No storage line, though the bottle is amber glass. UK-made. Who it suits: anyone who wants a 250mg capsule and a 30-day pack to start with.

Charava Fisetin 250mg

One 250mg capsule a day, sourced from the Cotinus coggygria 'Royal Purple' tree, in a hypromellose shell with nothing else listed. Every batch is tested for purity, consistency and contaminants, says the page, with the same third-party badge as the quercetin and again no figure, lab or certificate. Sold as 30, 60 and 90-day packs; capsule count not stated. No storage advice. UK-made. Who it suits: anyone who wants fisetin on its own at 250mg with the plant named.

Lamberts Quercetin 500mg

The one tablet in the table: 500mg quercetin, one a day, 60 to a pot, so two months. The quercetin is "extracted from a natural plant source", with neither the plant nor the form named. As a coated tablet it carries the longest excipient list here: calcium carbonate, cellulose, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, an HPMC and glycerin glaze, and crosslinked cellulose gum. No purity figure and no testing or certificate wording at all. Storage is a cool, dry place away from light. The page does not say where the brand is based. Who it suits: anyone who prefers a tablet and wants 60 days in one pot.

Vitabright Quercetin Capsules

The highest quercetin serving in the table: 1,000mg from two capsules, 180 capsules a bottle, 90 servings. The ingredient line is the most specific of the twelve, "Quercetin Dihydrate (from sophora japonica flower extract 98%)" plus an HPMC capsule, no binders or fillers. Whether the 1,000mg is the dihydrate weight or the quercetin it provides is not stated. Testing is a "Lab Tested" badge and a brand-wide line about heavy-metal testing; no certificate is linked. Storage: a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Made in the UK; the company is in South Croydon. Who it suits: anyone who wants 1,000mg a day with the extract source and percentage on the label.

Naturecan Quercetin and Naturecan Fisetin

Two pages with the same pattern. Quercetin is a 400mg capsule, one a day with food, 60 capsules (120 and 180 sold), with a recommended 400mg and a maximum 500mg a day on the label. Fisetin is a 100mg capsule, one a day, in 60, 120 or 180-capsule bottles. Both pages link a certificate of analysis issued by Power Health and say third-party testing at every stage. Against that, neither names the form or plant source (the quercetin certificate's file name says dihydrate), gives a purity figure, lists the shell or any other ingredient, or carries a storage line. Made in Europe; the page does not say where the brand is based. Who it suits: anyone who wants a single 400mg quercetin or 100mg fisetin capsule and a certificate to read before buying.

Time Health Fisetin 100mg

One of two fisetin pages that give a purity figure: 100mg per capsule, "standardised to 98% purity", derived from Cotinus coggygria. The capsule is pullulan from tapioca and the other ingredient is organic brown rice flour; the page says no synthetic bulking or anti-caking agents. Directions are one to two capsules a day, so a 120-capsule pot is 60 to 120 servings. The "Third Party Test Report" link is a heavy-metals analysis whose file is titled for the rice flour, not the fisetin; there is no fisetin certificate. No storage line. Registered in Uckfield. Who it suits: anyone who wants 98% fisetin with the plant named and a pot that stretches to four months at one a day.

DoNotAge Pure Quercetin and Pure Fisetin

Two 400mg capsules, one of each compound, each with a stated daily serving of 800mg that the page does not translate into capsules. Sixty or 366 capsules a pot. Both pages say third-party tested batch by batch and made to GMP and ISO 9001 standards; the fisetin adds in-house batch tests. Neither gives a purity figure, lab, certificate or ingredient list, so the shell is unknown; the fisetin is "derived from plant sources", unnamed. No storage advice. The pages do not say where the brand is based and showed us prices in US dollars; Healf stocks the brand in the UK. Who it suits: anyone who wants 800mg a day of either compound in a pot that lasts a year.

NMN Bio Quercetin 250mg with Vitamin C

The only quercetin here with something added on the label: vitamin C and citrus bioflavonoids, though neither amount is stated, nor the capsule count. The name gives 250mg quercetin and the dosage line says "around 500mg" a day with a meal. The full list is quercetin, vitamin C, citrus bioflavonoids, microcrystalline cellulose, bamboo silica and a vegetable cellulose shell. Testing is the most specific wording in the table, third-party tested by Campden BRI before encapsulation in a GMP-certified UK facility, but no certificate is linked. No purity figure, no storage line. NMN Bio Ltd is in London. Who it suits: anyone who wants quercetin with vitamin C in the same capsule and a named testing lab.

Longevity Box Ultra-Fisetin

One 100mg capsule a day, in an HPMC shell with nothing else, "zero fillers, zero binders, zero flow agents". Purity is 99% in the test result and over 99% elsewhere on the page, every batch is tested by an independent UK laboratory, and the certificate is linked; the test shown is dated 27 April 2024, the oldest certificate we saw. The plant source is not stated, nor the capsule count: a pack is sold as two months, with three and six-pack options. Storage is a cool, dry, airtight, dark place. Registered office in Poole. Who it suits: anyone who wants a 100mg fisetin capsule with a purity figure and a certificate on the page.

Others you will see named

Nature's Best Quercetin 500mg is a 60-tablet sister product to the Lamberts tablet, with the same excipients and quercetin dihydrate named; its page said out of stock, with a 60-fill from the sister brand substituted, so Lamberts stands for both. Two UK blends are left out of the table: Higher Nature Quercetin & Bromelain (two tablets give 600mg quercetin dihydrate, 54mg bromelain complex, 68mg vitamin C and 306mg calcium) and Puro Labs Quercetin Complex (quercetin dihydrate with bromelain, vitamin C, rutin, rosehip and acerola; only the quercetin amount is given, as 500mg in one place and 490mg in another). Nutravita and BioCare would not let our tools read their product pages. New Leaf Products Quercetin 500mg is sold through Holland & Barrett and other retailers; we found no brand site to read. Welzo lists other brands' quercetin, not its own. Youth & Earth sells quercetin only inside TransResveratrol+. Life Extension, NOW Foods, Jarrow Formulas, Swanson, Solgar, Thorne, Doctor's Best and ProHealth Longevity are US brands; we have not checked them on a UK site.

How to compare quercetin supplements

  • Which compound, and is the figure the compound or the dihydrate? Quercetin is usually sold as quercetin dihydrate, and "500mg" can be the weight of the dihydrate or the quercetin it provides. Verve's page says "equivalent to 500mg of quercetin"; Vitabright names the dihydrate without saying which the 1,000mg is; Charava, Lamberts, Naturecan, DoNotAge and NMN Bio do not name the form in their text.
  • Dose per serving, per capsule and per day. Charava's 500mg is two 250mg capsules. Vitabright's 1,000mg is two capsules. DoNotAge labels 400mg capsules and an 800mg day. Time Health says one to two. Read all three numbers.
  • Servings, not days or capsule counts. Charava and Longevity Box sell by days, NMN Bio gives no count, and Time Health's 120 capsules is 60 or 120 servings. Vitabright and Naturecan state servings outright.
  • Is a purity figure stated? Three of twelve: Vitabright 98%, Time Health 98%, Longevity Box 99%. Where a page gives two figures, read the lower one.
  • Is a certificate of analysis available, and how? Linked on the page: Longevity Box and both Naturecan products; check the date on it. On request: Verve. "Third-party tested" with no certificate wording: Charava, Vitabright, DoNotAge and NMN Bio, which names the lab. Nothing: Lamberts.
  • What else is in the capsule, and is the list there at all? Shell only: Charava, Vitabright, Longevity Box. Rice flour: Time Health. Vitamin C and excipients: NMN Bio. Eight tablet excipients: Lamberts. No ingredient list on the page: Verve, Naturecan, DoNotAge.
  • Price the plan you will actually be on. One-off, monthly and quarterly plans differ, and so do 30-day, 60-day and yearly packs. Check each brand's site for today's price; we have not compared prices in this article.

Quercetin supplements: your questions

How much quercetin per serving do UK brands put in a capsule?

Between 250mg and 1,000mg. NMN Bio's capsule is 250mg, Naturecan's and DoNotAge's are 400mg, Lamberts' tablet and Verve's capsule are 500mg, Charava reaches 500mg with two 250mg capsules, and Vitabright 1,000mg with two. Stated daily amounts run from 400mg (Naturecan) to 1,000mg (Vitabright). This is what the labels say, not a recommendation.

How much fisetin is in a UK fisetin capsule?

100mg, 250mg, 400mg or 500mg. Naturecan, Time Health and Longevity Box sell 100mg capsules, Charava 250mg, DoNotAge 400mg with an 800mg stated daily serving, and Verve 500mg alongside 500mg of quercetin in the same capsule. Three pages name the plant: Charava and Time Health say Cotinus coggygria, Verve says smoke tree extract, the same plant.

Which UK quercetin and fisetin products publish a certificate of analysis?

Three link one on the product page: Longevity Box Ultra-Fisetin (test dated 27 April 2024) and Naturecan Quercetin and Fisetin (issued by Power Health). Verve supplies the certificate for your batch, with the purity figure, on request from hello@vavaverve.com. Charava, Vitabright, DoNotAge and NMN Bio say third-party tested but show no certificate. Time Health links a heavy-metals report titled for its rice flour. Lamberts says nothing.

Does Verve's Quercetin + Fisetin contain anything else?

The page lists two compounds: quercetin dihydrate equivalent to 500mg of quercetin, and 500mg of fisetin from smoke tree extract, 1000mg in total per capsule. It does not name the capsule shell or list any other ingredient, which six of the other capsule pages do, so we cannot say "shell only" for Verve as we can for Charava, Vitabright and Longevity Box. The badges on the page say vegan, gluten free, dairy free and soy free. Every batch is tested; the certificate is on request.

Quercetin dihydrate or quercetin - what is the difference on the label?

Quercetin dihydrate is quercetin with two water molecules attached, and it is the form most suppliers sell, so a gram of it holds a little less quercetin than a gram of anhydrous quercetin. The label question is whether the milligram figure is the dihydrate weight or the quercetin equivalent. Verve states the equivalent. Vitabright, Higher Nature, Puro Labs and Nature's Best name the dihydrate in the ingredient list without saying which the headline figure is. None of the pages we read says "anhydrous".

Where can I buy quercetin and fisetin in the UK?

All nine brands sell direct from their own websites; DoNotAge's is priced in US dollars and the brand is stocked by Healf in the UK. Verve as a brand is also sold at Boots, Holland & Barrett and Amazon UK; we have not checked this listing at each. Verve Quercetin + Fisetin is £28.99 one-off, £26.09 a month on subscription or £70 a quarter for three packs at vavaverve.com.

How we checked

Every label fact above was taken from the brand's own website on 5 November 2026: vavaverve.com, charava.co.uk, lambertshealthcare.co.uk, vitabright.co, uk.naturecan.com, timehealth.co.uk, donotage.org, nmnbio.co.uk and longevitybox.co.uk, using the store's own product data feed where a page would not render. Naturesbest.co.uk, highernature.com and purolabs.com were read for "Others you will see named". Where a page did not state a figure we have written "Not stated" rather than guessing, and we have not repeated any brand's claims about what quercetin or fisetin does. Prices are deliberately not compared here: they change weekly and promotions distort them. Every brand's current price is on its own site. Verve makes Quercetin + Fisetin 1000mg Capsules; the table is label facts, our view is in the text.
