A daily greens powder with 80 listed ingredients at stated doses, including all 13 essential vitamins at 100% NRV, nine minerals (zinc at 100% NRV) and 8 billion CFU of live cultures, clinically tested. AG1's UK label gives amounts for its vitamins, minerals and six other actives, but its greens, fruits, mushrooms and herbs are listed without amounts. Not if you're pregnant or trying for a baby. V80 contains 800μg of vitamin A as retinol, and NHS advice is not to take supplements containing retinol in pregnancy. It also isn't formulated for the higher folate and iron needs of pregnancy. If you're breastfeeding, check with your GP or midwife first. Not suitable for children.
