How To Enjoy

Verve Eclipse Duo comprises two different capsules, Twilight (to help send you to sleep) and Midnight (to help keep you asleep)

Twilight: Take 2 capsules 1hr before bed.
Midnight: Take 2 capsules at bedtime.
