Naked Beauty recipes: How to enjoy our beauty supplement Sell: Show your skin your mean business with these four easy recipes

An expensive skincare routine is all well and good, but if you want to focus on the internal factors that impact your skin, then a supplement such as Naked Beauty can help.

Because what goes on inside your body, often shows up on the outside. A sluggish digestive system and internal inflammation from a junk-filled diet, lack of sleep and high stress, can leave skin looking tired, dull and lifeless.  And that’s probably not the look you’re going for!

Naked Beauty is packed full of 19 high-quality ingredients - including a powerful 12500mg of Type I marine collagen  - that work together to support your skin’s wellness, keeping it hydrated and healthy, for that youthful, glowing complexion we all crave.

Although we reckon Naked Beauty tastes great on its own mixed with water, you can also get creative in the kitchen and incorporate Naked Beauty into various recipes. With its mild vanilla flavour which comes from its blend of fruit extracts, Naked Beauty adds a delicious boost to your snacks and meals as well as a huge hit of health benefits for your body!

240ml almond milk (ideally unsweetened!)

90g mixed frozen berries

Need something a little sweeter? A drizzle of honey should do it!

The Gut Boosting Overnight Oats

When your gut’s happy, it shows in your skin. In fact, research has shown that a thriving gut microbiome - this is the collection of trillions of bacteria that live in your gut - can have a positive impact on skin problems such as acne, rosacea and psoriasis. Probiotics, such as those found in Naked Beauty and Greek yoghurt help maintain a healthy balance of microorganisms in your gut whilst prebiotic oats and bananas help to feed the good bacteria in your gut. Plus, tropical coconut is filled with fibre to help beat a sluggish and slow digestion.

You Will Need (serves 1)...

50g oats

1 scoop (approximately 10g) of Naked Beauty powder

100ml milk of choice

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 mashed banana

2 tbsp Greek yoghurt

A small handful of coconut flakes

Mix the milk, Naked Beauty powder, chia seeds, banana and oats in a tupperware, Kilner jar or high rimmed bowl. Pop in the fridge and leave overnight.

The next morning, top your mix with Greek yoghurt and coconut flakes and tuck in!

The Youth-Boost Energy Balls

Skip the shop-bought balls and make your own. You’ll not only save your hard-earned cash but you’ll avoid any unhealthy ingredients too.

75g of oats

180g peanut butter
