Each stick gives all 13 essential vitamins at 100% NRV. Vitamin B6, vitamin B12, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, folate and vitamin C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, selenium, copper and folate contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Zinc is at 100% NRV and selenium at 20% NRV per stick.
Vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folate, niacin, thiamin, biotin and vitamin C contribute to normal psychological function. Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance.

Two strains, Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Bifidobacterium bifidum, at 4 billion CFU each, plus the Digezyme® enzyme complex. No authorised health claim exists for live cultures in the UK, so we make none.
