Manchester is one of the largest cities in the UK and seems to be thriving more and more every year.
Known as a forward-thinking city, it ranked #1 in healthiest cities in the UK in a recent study where its wellbeing score was 100/100. Factors included percentage of residents who smoked, physical activity and air quality.
Those three factors are impressive and it got the Verve team thinking – what sort of nutrition fuels this fighting fit demographic? So we began to search for the healthiest places to eat out in Manchester city centre to determine the frequented cafes and restaurants. We found the following stood out:
Evelyn’s
