For: the everyday basics, in one monthly delivery.

The first of three Stronger for Longer bundles, put together with coach Lee Turkington. A month of Omega-3 fish oil, vitamin D3 and vitamin C, plus 14 Pure Hydra Electrolytes sticks. Every ingredient and every dose is on the label.

Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function and normal bones. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart - the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of EPA and DHA, and one capsule provides 300mg. Magnesium and potassium contribute to normal muscle function.

How to take it
  • Omega-3, vitamin D3 and vitamin C: one of each, once a day, with a meal or snack.
  • Electrolytes: one stick into 250-500ml of water. Use on the days you need it - 14 sticks is about every other day.
  • Do not exceed the stated daily dose of any product.
