Eclipse duo

Been taking these for 3 days, so far enabled easier sleep initially. I generally wake up several times during the night and find it difficult to get back to sleep. This has improved also waking slightly less times and easier to get back to sleep. Will monitor.

92/100 sleep score...

I sleep very badly, usually ranging a garmin sleep score within the 70's.

The first night of taking Eclipse i woke up with a 92/100 score... Strongly recommend
