Milk
Honey
Cinnamon
Instructions
Add 3 spoonful's of chia seeds to a bowl.
Pour in enough milk or water to coat the seeds.
Add 1 scoop of Naked Beauty Collagen powder.
Stir in 1 spoonful of honey and a pinch of cinnamon.
Shake or stir until well mixed.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Top with your favourite fruit or enjoy as is!
